When double clicking a tag he gets an assertion error as below: "File U:/InTouchDev/SRC/SC-Core-Irvine/Database/DBSTPLIB/DBSRCH.C Lib"

Solution

Rebuilt the appliacation by creating a new application and doing a DBLoad and then importing all of the windows and scripts. After doing this, everything worked as desired...
